Who we are

Outremer Global is an HR advisory practice based in Oakville, Ontario, Canada. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website. You can reach us at sanya@outremerglobal.com.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number (optional), the size of your team, and your message. We only collect what you submit; we do not ask for sensitive personal information and ask that you do not include it in your message.

Why we collect it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, to arrange and carry out a consultation if you request one, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to, and we do not sell or rent personal information.

Booking a consultation

The "Book a free consultation" buttons open our online scheduling page, which is provided by Google Calendar. Information you enter there is handled by Google under its own privacy policy.

Who sees it

Your message is sent by email to Sanya Sethi and stored with our website host in Canada or the United States, and in our email system. We share personal information with service providers only when needed to run the website and email, and where required by law.

Cookies and fonts

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google servers when a page loads.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to keep a reasonable record of our dealings, and then delete them. If you become a client, information is handled under our engagement terms.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Email sanya@outremerglobal.com and we will respond promptly. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
